I am an experienced Healthcare IT manager and developer with over 17 years delivering Hospital Information Systems, LIMS and allied healthcare solutions across hospitals, clinics and laboratories. I drive end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering, design and development to implementation, training and 24x7 support.

I have led large integrations (HL7/ASTM, Mirth, APIs), third-party connectors (payment gateways, WhatsApp/SMS, CRM) and product migrations while building SOPs, ITSM processes and automated reporting dashboards using Power BI. I combine technical hands-on skills (.NET, SQL Server, REST, Angular) with project and service management to meet timelines and compliance requirements.

I excel at cross-functional leadership, vendor coordination and training, having implemented digital transformation initiatives such as patient apps, chatbots, CRM/lead-nurture programs and unified platforms that improved user engagement and operational efficiency.
