I’m a Dedicated Customer Service Specialist/Call Center Representative focused on maintaining high levels of Inbound & Outbound Calls in a timely manner. I’m motivated to keep customer satisfaction high and contribute to company success.

I identify customers’ needs immediately, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions. I can handle multi phone lines, acknowledge customers’ wants or needs, and answer 60+ inbound calls during a shift while supporting urgent cases.

I help with order concerns and delivery delays, explain delinquent/collection accounts, and handle billing issues, including payment arrangements. When demand is high, I escalate high demand calls/orders to a supervisor if needed to keep outcomes on track.

I also support onboarding care for new Tmobile customers, educate customers on better plans with lower rates, explain new payment plans and options, and recommend upgrades. As a reliable, dependable team player, I bring strong time management, organizational skills, and a problem-solver mindset grounded in conflict resolution.
