I've designed organizational structures, job architecture, salary grading, performance-management frameworks, and HRIS workflows that translate business requirements into practical employee experiences. I partner with executive leadership on restructuring, succession planning, workforce decisions, and organizational development.

Previously, I established HR functions for Zom Dairy, supported recruitment and safeguarding compliance at INTERSOS, and managed HR, administration, budgeting, fleet, vendors, and employee engagement at Coca-Cola İçecek. I also led Iraq's WorkWell training and coaching strategy at Preemptive Love.

I'm a GPHR-certified people operations professional with experience across corporate, industrial, FMCG, and NGO environments, focused on building compliant, scalable systems that support organizational growth.
