I build accurate personnel files, administer employment documentation, and develop ISO-compliant HR forms, policies, SOPs, and company-wide KPIs.
I've also supported recruitment, payroll, Social Security procedures, onboarding, and employee records at NEO Ltd., and supervised daily operations for 27 Service & Maintenance employees at EarthLink Telecommunications. I handle sensitive personnel data confidentially and use HRMS, MenaME, Jira, Excel, and reporting to align HR operations with business needs.
