What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in human resources, public administration, business operations, or data analysis where I can support employee development, improve processes, and continue building practical professional experience.

I've built an automated Excel-based HR leave management system for 325 employees at Arab Company for Antibiotics Industries (ACAI), helping transition paper-based leave tracking into a digital database and improve communication between HR, Leave Management, and Programming.

As a Business Administration undergraduate at the Catholic University in Erbil, I've supported recruitment activities, HR documentation, employee records, payroll learning, employer outreach, and data management. I've also organized more than 600 library books in Excel, recruited and guided over 40 prospective Business Administration students, and developed strategic business plans through cognitive mapping.
