What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Sourcer role where I can contribute to sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, data management, and reporting while building end-to-end recruitment skills.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Human Resources and building practical recruiting support capabilities through internships at Ordnance Factory Medak and STAC S9 Technology. I've developed professional communication, coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills in structured work environments.

I'm focused on talent acquisition work including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, data management, recruiting operations, and reporting. I bring Microsoft Office skills and motivation to gain hands-on experience in a global, remote recruiting environment.
