I’m looking for an HR role in talent acquisition where I can support recruiting coordination and HR operations, maintain accurate documentation, and improve processes to deliver smooth, positive candidate experiences.

I’m an MBA (Human Resource Management) candidate with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. In my HR internship at ELITE CONTRACTORS, I coordinated end-to-end interview scheduling for 300+ candidates, communicating with applicants, managing interview calendars, and keeping recruitment updates timely and accurate.

I also supported Talent Acquisition operations by maintaining confidential candidate records, preparing recruitment-related documentation, and ensuring smooth candidate administration. Beyond scheduling, I processed and uploaded HR-related bills and documents into the organization’s ERP system and digitized physical records to strengthen document management and retrieval.
