What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR or Talent Acquisition role where I can own recruitment pipelines, coordinate closely with candidates and hiring managers, and deliver results through high-ownership execution.

I'm managing end-to-end recruitment at BPRJ Consultancy for client roles across sales, customer support, pharma, and technology. I source through LinkedIn, Naukri, and referral networks while independently running multiple pipelines in a lean two-person team.

I've screened resumes, conducted telephonic interviews, and contributed to 15–30 successful placements. I coordinate candidates and hiring managers from initial interviews through offers and onboarding.
