What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build my career in recruitment, bringing my experience in quality hiring across countries along with payroll, HRMS, and statutory compliance exposure. I’m keen to learn from experienced professionals and grow in data-driven hiring.

At GAO Tek Inc., I handle cross-border recruitment from sourcing and candidate screening through interview coordination and onboarding. I sourced and screened 50+ candidates and helped onboard 15, with an average time-to-fill of one week.

After being promoted to Assistant Squad Leader, I guide and assist interns in a squad of 40+ members and support recruitment operations with pipeline tracking and daily reports. I coordinate with candidates and team members across countries and time zones.

At IFFCO, Phulpur, I gained guided exposure to Oracle HRMS payroll, leave, and EIS modules and observed statutory compliance and payroll workflows. My MBA research analyzed responses from 172 people using PLS-SEM in SmartPLS 4 and was presented at the ICFAI International Conference 2026.
