I’m looking to lead compliance work where regulatory adherence, SAR/AML quality, and risk mitigation matter—building teams, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure policy-compliant operations.

I’m a detail-oriented Compliance Team Lead focused on regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, and ensuring policy-compliant operations. At ACX Compliance, I lead day-to-day team operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive improvements through clear tasking, scheduling, and performance management.

In my compliance analyst work, I handled cases under available Service Level Agreement (SLA)s, completed Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with recommendations, and maintained escalation and client off-boarding logs. I partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen the quality, consistency, and accuracy of SAR data and reporting, escalating where there are grounds for suspicion or guidance needs.

Before moving deeper into compliance, I supported customers in fast-paced environments as a Community Management Specialist and Crypto Platform Specialist at ACX International. I communicated through Discord and Telegram, used Zendesk for timely responses, documented customer interactions and technical issues, and shared feature requests and effective workarounds with cross-functional teams.
