I’m a junior IT professional focused on delivering dependable, secure end-user support. I provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and keep services running by resolving problems quickly and documenting work clearly.

On the identity and infrastructure side, I’ve overseen Active Directory administration tasks like user/group/OU management, GPO configuration, account provisioning and de-provisioning, and AD cleanup and monitoring. I also support Azure AD and hybrid identity workflows, including MFA enforcement and investigation of authentication issues (login failures, MFA prompts, and conditional access errors).

I’ve contributed to high-impact projects, including deploying MFA for over 4,000 employees, supporting server migrations to improve stability and security, and delivering an organization-wide email signature deployment that reduced branding errors by 100%. I’m seeking a Junior IT Support / End User Support Technician role where I can apply these skills to strengthen system reliability and improve the quality of user experience.
