I’m looking to deliver reliable EUC L2–L3 support—owning VIP incidents, performing RCA and corrective actions, and improving monitoring and automation with PowerShell—while collaborating with teams using ITIL best practices.

I’m an IT Support Specialist with over 15 years in enterprise environments, focused on Microsoft 365 administration and identity services like Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID. I also support cloud and collaboration platforms including Dynamics 365 and Teams, bringing a strong troubleshooting mindset and an emphasis on best practices, team collaboration, and technical excellence.

In my EUC L2 / L3 role, I resolve escalated incidents, own priority/VIP/business-critical technical cases, and lead rapid recovery during outages. I perform structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement permanent corrective actions, maintain Known Error and workaround documentation, and improve monitoring and alert response maturity—supported by automation with PowerShell and endpoint management via Intune and SCCM.
