I’m an experienced IT Support and Service Coordination professional with 10+ years in IT helpdesk support, service coordination, vendor management, and technical administration. I’m skilled in ITSM ticket handling, Zoom administration, Power BI reporting, inventory management, and end-user support—so issues get resolved smoothly and users stay productive.
In my current role as Admin Coordinator – IT Support at Aravind Eye Hospital – LAICO (Dec 2022 – Present), I manage Zoom accounts and online training support, coordinate ITSM ticket resolution with the L1 team, maintain IT inventory and vendor coordination, and prepare reports using Power BI.
