Through freelance and simulated executive case studies, I've designed multi-time-zone scheduling protocols in Calendly and Google Calendar, using meeting buffers and protected focus blocks to improve executive efficiency.

I've created end-to-end inbox management frameworks and SOPs for email prioritization, automated filtering, and high-impact response workflows. I also mapped multi-day travel itineraries covering flights, lodging, local transit, and client preparation.

I use Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Trello, Zoom, Calendly, and HubSpot to keep work visible and moving. I'm HubSpot-certified in Email Marketing and have built a custom Notion meeting and action tracker for deliverables, status updates, and client follow-ups.
