At Indomaret Group, I coordinate nationwide recruitment for Clerical Staff, Supervisor Trainee, and Management Development Programs across Indonesia, from Aceh to Papua.

I schedule and conduct candidate interviews, coordinate interviews with department heads, partner with job portals, universities, schools, job fairs, and public government, and prepare monthly recruitment reports for the Head of Recruitment. I also help recruitment teams find top talent across regions and branches while ensuring regional recruitment supervisors work together effectively.

My work has supported new branch and factory openings in Kupang, Manado, Medan, Samarinda, and other locations, helping meet employee-demand targets, increase recruitment year over year, and reduce employee turnover.

Before recruitment, I worked in quality assurance at Mitracomm Ekasarana and led airline check-in teams at Batik Air and Lion Air, where I managed passenger service, VIP handling, flight irregularities, operational coordination, and customer satisfaction.
