I’m a Senior HR professional with 5+ years leading end-to-end pan-India lateral and bulk hiring, HR operations, and Learning & Development. I currently manage HR for a 1,500+ headcount across Mumbai, Noida, and Uttar Pradesh, leading a team of 5 recruiters and owning grievance resolution, payroll, compliance, policy structuring, and escalation management. I’ve been promoted twice in two years—Executive to Senior Executive (2024), and to ad-hoc L1 Manager (2025)—by consistently exceeding hiring and operations targets.

I thrive running HR independently across multiple locations with minimal oversight, especially in distributed or remote setups. In my current role, I own the complete recruitment lifecycle (including NAPS/NATS/FTC and on-roll hiring) across BFSI, healthcare, e-commerce, telecom, BPO, legal, HR, and field roles. I built and manage a self-sourcing and vendor-hiring pipeline to improve cost-per-hire while maintaining fill-rate targets.

Alongside hiring and employee relations, I structure scalable HR policy for the account and author onboarding training for new HR joiners pan-India. I also launched LMS-based learning modules and R&R programs that measurably improved engagement and retention. Earlier, I built HR from the ground up for an early-stage startup and, before that, I worked as a Teacher & Recruiter—recruiting, training, and enabling teams—while pursuing an MBA (HR) to deepen my strategic HR and L&D expertise.
