At Kyndryl, I develop and customize ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, turning stakeholder requirements into workflows, scripts, integrations, and secure platform solutions. I build REST/SOAP and MID Server integrations, maintain CMDB data integrity, and create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics that improve service visibility.
Previously at IBM, I managed incident queues and change requests, monitored infrastructure with IBM Tivoli and Grafana, and troubleshot Linux, OS, and database incidents.
