What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep building ServiceNow solutions—integrations, workflow automation, and CMDB/HAM Pro lifecycle—where I can own migrations and automate enterprise operations end to end.

I build ServiceNow experiences across ITSM, CSM, HAM Pro, and CMDB, wiring Business Rules, Script Includes, client scripts, and Flow Designer flows for global enterprise operations.

At Kyndryl, I’ve delivered real-time REST/SOAP integrations to automate inbound requests and remove manual reconciliation, plus UI Builder agent workspaces and catalog task layouts that streamline case handling.

I also led a CSM to ITSM instance migration of 1.5M+ records with zero data loss, and enhanced CMDB/HAM Pro lifecycle workflows across vCenter, AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud.
