I design end-to-end digital products for fintech and proptech, bridging research, information architecture, user flows, UI, and validation with business goals and technical feasibility.
At Nubank, I led the UX design for critical flows—including Trust Deposits, financial onboarding, PSE payments, and experiences for customers facing account freezes. I also designed nudges, CTAs, scalable web components, and conversational content to reduce friction and anxiety during sensitive financial journeys.
Currently, at ADL Digital Lab (working for Metrocuadrado), I design and optimize conversion- and UX-focused flows for digital products and platforms. I designed the landing page and visual identity for the Gran Salón Inmobiliario (Major Real Estate Expo), as well as communication assets for email and WhatsApp.
I work closely with product, development, marketing, and business teams to transform requirements into functional solutions. My focus is on identifying usability opportunities, reducing friction, and validating initiatives through user flows, business metrics, and UX criteria.
