I’m a Senior Product Designer with 8 years of experience designing digital products for banking and fintech companies. I lead end-to-end product design—from discovery and UX flows to prototyping, usability testing, and solution validation—so teams ship experiences that truly work.

I bring a strong, metrics-driven approach, using UX metrics like CSAT, CES, and NPS to guide decisions and measure outcomes. I also integrate AI tools to support analysis, ideation, scenario exploration, and design decision-making, helping me move from ambiguous problems to clear, testable solutions.

In my recent work at Digital Labs, I created a unified mortgage credit flow for BancoAV Villas and designed the Bre-B experience across multiple financial entities, ensuring a coherent, accessible, regulation-aligned journey. I also implemented WhatsApp activation and transfer flows in Colombia, defining cross-bank and omnichannel experiences through user journeys, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Earlier, at Banco de Bogotá, I evolved the Sherpa design system, improved banking authentication and advisor journeys, and strengthened continuous product improvement with research, usability testing, and experimentation. I’ve consistently focused on reducing friction, improving conversion, and building scalable design systems in collaboration with product, technology, and business teams.
