At Mission Appliances Ltd., I established and continue to lead a specialist installation service business in the construction and housebuilding sector. I oversee its commercial and operational activities, customer relationships, service delivery, and business planning.

I founded and grew Konnex Ltd. to approximately £1.9 million in annual turnover, with a workforce of 51 and more than 6,000 customer installations each year. I personally negotiated and managed its regional John Lewis installation contract, which was retained for 13 years.
