What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive engineering-led operational transformation—improving yield, delivery, and quality—while implementing ISO systems, strengthening supplier/customer performance, and building high-performing teams through structured development.

I’m an Operations Manager and Technical Operations Leader with a strong engineering background, focused on delivering step-change improvements in yield, on-time delivery, quality systems, and customer confidence in complex manufacturing environments.

In my current role, I’ve led company-wide operational transformation, improving yield from <50% to ~90% and raising On-Time Delivery (request date) from 25% to 89% and (forecast date) from 49% to 92%. I also implemented an integrated ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 management system while owning supplier performance, contracts, facilities, and infrastructure—recovering and strengthening key customer relationships.

Previously, as Production & Facilities Manager (2020–2024), I managed production, facilities, and maintenance to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. I worked with engineering and R&D to translate requirements into production, introduced KPIs and operational controls, and developed training and performance frameworks that built capability and supported structured progression, including ~50% internal promotion.

Earlier in my career, I served as an RAF Airframe & Propulsion Technician / Supervisor (Chinook Helicopters) and a DynCorp Aircraft Shift Team Lead, leading teams in safety-critical, regulated environments. That experience shaped how I lead today: clear communication, disciplined operational governance, and the ability to stabilise and strengthen high-stakes customer relationships.
