I’m a Customer Support & Administrative Professional focused on customer communication, training, procurement support, administrative coordination, and record management. I handle customer enquiries through phone and email, solve problems, and keep data accurate in fast-paced environments.

In my roles, I’ve coordinated with clients, contractors and suppliers, maintained records, and resolved operational issues, while also managing customer enquiries and documentation. I trained 500+ students as a Computer Tutor/Supervisor, supported procurement by preparing RFQs and maintaining procurement records, and use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to deliver organized, reliable service.
