At Oracle Consulting, I direct complex ERP, EPM and Supply Chain transformations for major groups, with responsibility for delivery commitments, budgets, schedules and client relationships. On Auchan Retail’s Oracle Cloud project, I steered a €2.2M contract from scoping through deployment, including a successful go-live for the upstream scope.
For Geodis, I directed an international Oracle Cloud EPM deployment across EMEA, APAC and AMEC, managing six consultants and reaching 200 key users. The project was delivered successfully and received an Oracle Award for client satisfaction.
Earlier, I directed projects at GFI / INETUM, CAPGEMINI and GROUPE ALTAVIA, including work for BNP Paribas, AXA and BforBank. I’ve progressively taken on broader responsibilities in IT governance, contract management and team leadership, and I’m now looking to contribute to larger-scale transformations at program, domain or project-portfolio level.
