At Accenture – Strategy & Consulting, Enterprise Performance Management, I lead OneStream implementation across Budget, Forecast, and Actuals. I manage functional and technical teams and define the data model, workflows, and business rules.
After successful Budget and Actuals go-lives, I led change management and end-user training in France and Singapore. I also shape finance transformation roadmaps, from process design and solution selection to target architecture.
Previously, at Generali, I contributed to SAP PaPM deployment for IFRS 17 compliance and produced regulatory reports for the ACPR. At Groupe EDF (Enedis), I managed budget tracking, financial dashboards, forecasts, and variance analysis for the IT project portfolio.
