I've led global product, data, and service operations teams across logistics, payments, e-commerce, and marketplaces for 25 years. My focus is creating long-term value for People, Planet, and Profit as equal measures of success.

At Prosus, I led a multidisciplinary team of about 120 across product, data science, analytics, and project management for global logistics and courier services. We built a real-time AI/ML dynamic-pricing model that reduced costs by 10%, increased order pooling from 0% to 30%, and helped reduce fleet delivery carbon emissions by roughly 10%.

At Worldline and Global Collect, I built and led international payments product organizations spanning Europe, Australia, Canada, Brazil, and other markets. I launched B2B and B2C payment products, supported enterprise clients and M&A trajectories, grew cross-border commerce through local payment options, open banking, analytics, and fraud-prevention tooling.

Earlier, I led 24x7 European interbank payment operations at Equens, including the transition to a functional global operations organization, legacy-system phase-out, and SEPA introduction. I'm a calm, hands-on people leader who builds high-trust partnerships across Product, Engineering, Customer Service, partners, and go-to-market teams.
