I'm looking for an autonomous, high-trust environment where I can build meaningful products, scalable systems, and lasting improvements while aligning people, priorities, and execution.

I've co-built Matchlab from one client to €1M+ in annual revenue and 10+ employees, leading product development, operational design, service delivery, analytics, and client implementations.

At Noontide, I'm defining an AI-powered B2B SaaS product from the ground up, shaping its product vision, roadmap, work-context architecture, operating model, customer discovery, and early commercial validation. I translate market insights and user research into practical product concepts, workflows, and scalable systems.

I've also delivered HR technology, recruitment transformation, and enterprise software implementation projects for organizations of 150 to 800 FTE. I create clarity in ambiguous situations by aligning priorities, stakeholders, and ownership, then turning complex business challenges into lasting improvements.
