What I'm looking for

I'm open to IT management or IT support roles and available to work 20 hours per week as a working student in Germany.

At Asics EMEA, I created and maintained SAP BI reports to support business decision-making. I also handled order management and returns, processed invoice corrections, and validated data in SAP systems.

As a Business Analyst working student at Aldi Süd, I assisted senior analysts with gathering, cleaning, and analyzing project data. I participated in stakeholder workshops and created process flows, use cases, and user stories.

At HiGreenApotheke, I provided customer support and managed orders, returns, and service requests. Earlier, during my e-commerce documentation internship at ALDI SÜD, I supported documentation of processes and system workflows.

My studies at Hochschule Rhine-Waal of Applied Sciences have included project management, software engineering, and SAP ERP. I have also developed projects including an Android vacation-home booking app using Kotlin and a Django backend, and a software system developed with Python and Scrum.
