I’m a Data Science M.Sc. student at FAU with hands-on experience in IT system administration and endpoint management. I’ve worked with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune, focusing on endpoint security and compliance.

In my current role as an IT System Administrator (working student) at ABL GmbH, I administer Active Directory and Windows/Linux servers and handle L1/L2 IT support. I resolve IT tickets through a Jira ticketing system and support reliable day-to-day operations.

I previously completed an IT support internship at JHK International and worked as a Customer Service Representative, supporting digital services and an app for MYGP. I’m now seeking a Werkstudent position in IT support or system management where I can keep improving my skills in networking, cloud computing interests, and automation.
