What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote or hybrid role in People, employee wellbeing, learning and development, assessment and selection, organisational development or business psychology, with professional development and supervision opportunities.

I've coordinated people, workplace operations and employee support across Ascot Services, Mainstay Group and my own business, Professional Cleaning Team Ltd. At Ascot Services, I managed rotas, absence and cover, supported recruitment and induction, delivered customer-experience training, and helped colleagues through workplace changes and TUPE processes.

I'm now building MindScents Rituals, an independent psychology-informed wellbeing project exploring emotional regulation, sensory experience and intentional rituals. I translate psychological concepts into accessible wellbeing content while managing customer engagement, product development, digital communications and administration.

With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Counselling and a 78% dissertation on aromatherapy rituals and mood regulation, I bring quantitative research, evidence-based practice, sensitive communication and practical operational coordination to people-focused work.
