I'm looking to contribute my people operations, recruitment, coaching and executive support strengths within an international, remote-first organisation where operational excellence, collaboration and employee experience drive business success.

I've delivered end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management and executive support across software, telecommunications, hospitality and professional services. At Euroscript Certitude, I recruited and onboarded around 50 professionals while improving recruitment and onboarding processes.

I also manage an independent psychotherapy and personal development practice serving more than 300 clients, bringing coaching, conflict resolution and employee-focused support to my work.
