At MS Emporio, I completed truck dispatch training through theory and practical exercises focused on U.S. freight operations. I practiced sourcing and evaluating loads with DAT and Truckstop, communicating with brokers, negotiating rates, and booking loads.

I also trained in carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOL/POD documentation, FMCSA and HOS basics, route planning, and RPM calculations. My coursework covered evaluating load profitability and procedures for detention, layover, and TONU.

At KFC, where I’m currently a Manager, I coordinate daily operations, assign tasks, and support employees while addressing customer and workplace concerns. Previously, as a Call Centre Representative at David’s Vacation Club Rentals, I handled customer inquiries and documented interactions.
