Silvio Baroni
@silviobaroni
I build B2B retail products that turn pricing and promotion data into operational decisions.
What I'm looking for
I've spent nearly six years at Pricefy, through its integration into Selbetti, building B2B RetailTech products for pricing and omnichannel promotional operations. I translate retail constraints around margin, data, incentives and execution into products people can actually use.
My pricing work supports faster, auditable decisions through competitive metrics, management views, business rules, alerts, approval workflows and integrations with client systems. In Promo Ops, I evolved campaign planning, segmentation, approvals, promotional-material production and ERP/POS integrations to reduce spreadsheets, manual work and rework.
Before Product, I spent more than two decades in retail at Sonae, Walmart, Cencosud, Riachuelo and Lojas Americanas, owning categories, operations and P&L. At Riachuelo, I delivered a supplier portal with up to 6% potential base savings, a centralized telco logistics model that lifted margin by 2.4 points, and an electronics launch that increased global revenue by 8%.
I'm also a hands-on product builder, developing multi-tenant SaaS products with AI-assisted development, including a B2B pricing platform for Brazilian retail. I work end to end—from discovery and domain modelling to deployment, governance and evolution—because a product that isn't adopted hasn't solved anything.
