I'm looking for a fast-moving, high-growth environment where I can take ownership of workplace operations, people coordination, compliance, and culture, while using AI tools to build smarter and more efficient ways of working.

At Shop TJC, I ran workplace operations and people coordination across a 24/7 live broadcast environment supporting 150+ staff. I owned facilities, suppliers, compliance, onboarding, HR reporting, travel, and employee experience across multiple sites.

I've delivered 8–10 culture and engagement events annually, coordinated international travel and visa applications, and built operational tracking systems that gave leadership real-time visibility where none existed before.
