I bring over 20 years of international operations and guest services experience, focused on high-volume passenger logistics, real-time monitoring, and crisis management in fast-moving environments. I’m known for combining front-office administration with multilingual, cross-departmental communication to keep ground operations running on time and to service standards.

As a freelance Tour Director, I coordinate complex international group logistics—managing daily schedules, monitoring itineraries and operational flows, and resolving issues instantly using English, French, and Spanish. In frontline roles with dnata and Swissport Italia, I supervised gate activities and ensured procedural compliance, handling irregular operations and delays with a safety-first mindset while facilitating efficient communication between ground staff and flight crews.

Earlier, I led high-volume reception desks and passenger logistics administration, controlling information and documentation flow and managing guest requests without losing operational control. I’m now bringing that operational depth to an Operations Control Center focus, supported by ongoing project-management and professional certifications, including an Official Tour Director License.
