At PT.DinamikaMitraSukses Makmur, I worked across business analysis, product ownership, and quality assurance, preparing functional specifications and test scenarios, coordinating defect resolution, and supporting users during deployment. Earlier, during my internship at PT.AstraHondaMotor, I analyzed the product rejection process and designed a solution flow for tracing rejected products.
