I'm open to remote roles.

At BATUMBU, I own requirements for an internal lending platform covering borrower onboarding, loan transactions, repayment, and non-performing loans. I’ve delivered 14 features end-to-end, from PRD to production, balancing roadmap priorities with regulator-driven requirements.

I moved manually handled transaction processes into the system with maker-checker approval and audit trails, and designed configurable approval logic and payment allocation for Credit Operations. I also led requirements for loan agreement e-signing, including failure handling and recovery flows.

My QA background shapes how I work with product requirements: I look for edge cases early, run UAT with operational teams, and help address production issues. Before becoming a Product Owner, I worked in QA and IT system analysis across fintech and enterprise systems.
