What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support Technician with solid experience in corporate environments, focused on providing end-user support and maintaining hardware and software. I’m proactive and organized, with a strong commitment to SLA compliance and service quality.
In my current role at Digisystem, I control and track IT assets on-site, and I open and monitor tickets using an IBM ticketing system with SLA focus. I support Windows and Linux environments, handle Office 365 support and software installation, and manage domain inclusion and VPN configuration.
Across previous roles, I’ve handled LAN configuration, hardware and network maintenance, software installation, and fast technical assistance for end users. I also managed Zendesk ticket workflows and supported WordPress website maintenance while continuing Microsoft Office reporting.
I bring clear communication, teamwork, and adaptability to every engagement, from workstation imaging and recovery to meeting room setup and preventive/corrective maintenance. I’m at my best standardizing workstations, ensuring backups and system recovery, and keeping IT operations running smoothly.
