I am a detail-oriented researcher with an MSc in Biotechnologies for Food Sciences from the University of Padova, specializing in quality control, microbiology, and molecular biology applied to food product development.
During my Master thesis at Umeå University I investigated bacteria–host interactions using amoebae and Vibrio cholerae, conducting sample preparation, microbial culture, flow cytometry, single-cell analysis, and immune cell tracking to optimize experimental workflows.
I combine wet-lab expertise (PCR, ELISA, Western blot, DNA/RNA extraction, microscopy) with computational tools (Python, NCBI BLAST, MEGA, GraphPad Prism) and certifications in ISO 9001 and HACCP to deliver rigorous, data-driven results in GMP-oriented environments.
