At Università Degli Studi Di Bari, I’m a trainee in the Physiology Laboratory, where I characterize protein targets using Western Blot and Dot-blot and analyze transcripts with qPCR.
I also maintain and treat cell lines in a sterile environment, and work on functional and toxicological assays and data analysis.
At Università Degli Studi Di Perugia, I supported molecular electrophysiology experiments and prepared reagents and solutions during my internship.
My studies in Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Medicine included an experimental thesis on nutraceuticals and proteins involved in endometrial receptivity. I’m motivated to bring my scientific training into an innovative company setting and continue developing my skills.
