Sara Verucchi

At Ospedale Civile di Baggiovara, I carried out immunoenzymatic analyses and used ImmunoCAP ISAC for molecular allergy profiling. For my thesis project, I managed data and performed statistical analysis to determine and validate reference intervals for food-specific IgG.

In the Protein Diagnostics Laboratory at Ospedale Civile di Baggiovara, I worked with serum cryocrit measurement, protein turbidimetry, and immunofixation. My undergraduate thesis compared manual cryocrit measurement with immunoturbidimetry.

I graduated in Biosciences from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia with 110/110 cum laude. I also co-authored scientific conference contributions, including an oral presentation as first author on the cryocrit comparison study.
