Sifis Xiradakis

Part of a TRIF-WESS funded research project applying Time Domain Electromagnetics (TDEM) to study subsurface properties relevant to hydrogeology. Assisted with equipment setup and calibration, data collection and analysis, forward and inverse modeling.

Developed and nurtured relationships with internal team members, local sales teams, SAP Partners, and prospective clients as the first generalist SDE responsible for all industries in Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. Executed an average of 2 multi-touchpoint campaigns per month, achieving a 10% conversion rate, and achieved 120% of annual booked sales target in second year.

Served as a Private in the Hellenic Army.

Enforced proper credit principles among multiple stores while maintaining profitability as top priority. Managed and implemented virtual and hybrid office arrangements through covid pandemic, and maintained a 65% average monthly collection of sales across entire region.

Took over responsibility for the Sacramento Credit Office, leading a team of 3 individuals. Built strong relationships with 29 store teams and a customer base of over 3000 different companies, and addressed employee turnover challenges by recruiting two individuals.

Pursuing a Master of Science in Hydrogeology at the University of Arizona, with an expected completion in August 2026. Recipient of the Hydrology and Atmospheric Sciences Tuition Scholarship.

Completed a full-time Master in Business Administration at Esade Business & Law School, Ramon Llull University from 2021 to 2023.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management from the University of South Florida from 2013 to 2017.
