I’m looking for a role where I can combine client-first service with efficient scheduling and record accuracy, while growing my surgical technology skills through teamwork, clear communication, and process improvements.

I provide a consistently positive, welcoming client experience while managing high-volume calls, appointment scheduling, and patient flow to reduce wait times and improve satisfaction. I handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality, resolve concerns with empathy, and coordinate clear communication between clients and the veterinary team.

Previously, as a Department Lead at Rue 21, I oversaw daily sales floor operations, trained and onboarded new team members, and maintained high standards of visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience. I coordinated stock replenishment, addressed customer concerns professionally, and consistently achieved challenging sales targets while mentoring associates and streamlining workflows.

In parallel, I’m building my clinical foundation in Surgical Technology through an Associate Of Applied Science program and 120+ clinical surgical cases across multiple specialties. I strengthen my practice through sterile technique, precise instrument handling, OR preparation and positioning, sponge/needle counts, specimen handling, and detailed procedure documentation—bringing discipline, teamwork, and accuracy to every setting.
