I’m an Analyst with 6 years of Property & Casualty operations experience, specializing in endorsements, new business processing, renewals, scheduling, utility management, and claims handling. I focus on incident management, risk mitigation, and process improvement reporting—especially around SLA management, escalation handling, and stakeholder collaboration.
In my current role, I manage day-to-day work allocation while maintaining SLA performance, lead quality assurance and operational escalations, and support solutions when queries come up in trainers’ absence. I build and maintain team dashboards and huddle reports using Power BI, create monthly reports for leaders and stakeholders, and improve workflows through SOP creation, corrective and preventive action, and auditing/monitoring policies for quality standards.
