I'm currently developing and maintaining user handbooks, installation manuals, technical manuals, and maintenance manuals for Defence projects at Genie HR (Larsen & Toubro - PES).
I work with engineers, SMEs, and QA teams to gather information, validate manuals, and maintain accurate documentation in Simplified Technical English. I also manage documentation planning, review coordination, and customer approvals.
Previously, I created educational video lectures at Jaro Education and developed simplified product and service content at Technosoft Engineering Project Ltd. My work has focused on making detailed information clear, engaging, and aligned with subject-matter requirements.
At Accenture, I managed technical communications in a knowledge management system, supported laptop configuration and software installation for US-based clients, and resolved network issues through ticketing.
