What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Customer Support role where I can use my interpersonal skills, technical troubleshooting, and service-first mindset to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.

I've supported partners, sellers, and customers at Walmart, Meesho, Flipkart, and Easy Solution, resolving technical, account, listing, advertising, and service queries through email, digital channels, and direct interactions.

At Walmart, I acted as the first point of contact for US-based partners, troubleshooting system errors, integration failures, and configuration issues while escalating complex cases to internal teams. At Meesho and Flipkart, I guided seller accounts, shared performance insights, supported onboarding, and maintained strong KPI performance.

I'm now overseeing academic, sales, and support workflows at Edtech Pivector, handling student onboarding, operational reporting, KPI analysis, and escalations related to course delivery and payments. I bring a calm, service-first approach to improving customer satisfaction and keeping operations running smoothly.
