I'm looking to bring my client-facing operations experience to a Customer Success, Client Relations, or Client Support role in SaaS, EdTech, or Healthcare, focused on onboarding, product adoption, issue resolution, and improving the client experience.

I've owned end-to-end relationships for 40+ B2B school accounts at Educational Initiatives Pvt Ltd, supporting onboarding, product adoption, and day-to-day client needs across calls, email, and chat.

I've delivered orientation sessions for 7,000+ end users and 500+ client-side staff, helping ensure smooth product rollout and long-term usage. I coordinate with product and backend technical teams to troubleshoot reported issues, manage escalations, and turn recurring problems into process improvements.
