What I'm looking for

I'm seeking application support or technical support roles where I can apply hands-on L2/L3 SaaS support, incident ownership, SQL and cloud troubleshooting, team leadership, and AI-driven efficiency.

At ABS Wavesight, I deliver L2/L3 support for an Azure-hosted vessel management SaaS platform serving 200+ enterprise clients across EMEA, APAC, and the US. I own high-severity incidents end to end, investigate root causes, and communicate clearly through resolution and post-incident RCA.

I debug web application failures through API troubleshooting, application logs, Azure monitoring, and SQL investigations across MySQL and MS SQL. I also resolve SSO and authentication issues, manage access and configuration, support releases from UAT through production, and partner closely with Engineering, infrastructure teams, CSMs, and stakeholders.

As team lead for eight support analysts, I prioritize 30+ daily tickets, mentor teammates, and build runbooks and knowledge resources that reduce repeat escalations. I use Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to make incident documentation and knowledge-base creation faster and more consistent while continuing to build my Azure and GenAI skills.
