What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced MSP service desk role where I can provide thoughtful customer support, document tickets carefully, build hands-on troubleshooting skills, and grow through CompTIA, networking, and Azure study.

I've supported 10–12 pupils daily as a science tutor, explaining complex topics clearly across one-to-one and small-group sessions. My clinical radiography placement also required me to handle confidential patient data and follow strict procedures while operating and monitoring technical equipment.

I'm studying toward CompTIA A+ and plan to continue with Network+ and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900). I'm ready to bring patient communication, careful ticket documentation, and disciplined follow-through to a fast-paced MSP support environment.
