I’m looking for a role where I can deliver dependable IT support in Microsoft 365 and cloud environments, troubleshoot quickly, and strengthen compliance and data protection—while improving user satisfaction through training, documentation, and efficient issue resolution.

I’m a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist and IT administrative professional with over 8 years of experience supporting business operations and IT systems in healthcare and recruitment environments. I manage digital systems end-to-end—supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and protecting data integrity.

In my current role, I provide first-line and second-line IT support across cloud-based platforms, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime. I manage user accounts, permissions, and access in cloud environments, and support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

I’ve also handled responsibility-heavy work as an IT Administrative Officer, managing electronic patient record systems with a strong focus on accuracy, security, and GDPR compliance. I support onboarding by setting up user accounts and system access, maintain IT-related documentation, and assist with internal audits.

Through recruitment support work, I strengthened my ability to deliver user support in fast-paced settings—supporting applicant tracking systems, maintaining employee records, and generating Excel reports. I’m actively expanding my skills in Azure and endpoint management, backed by my AZ-900 and endpoint management-focused certification.
